THE PROBLEM
A meeting table may appear suitable based on its nominal dimensions, but it can become impractical if the actual footprint of the chairs, the space required to move them back, and the circulation areas around the table are not properly considered.
THE SOLUTION
The room is organised around a 480 × 140 cm meeting table, sized to comfortably accommodate 8 participants. The supporting structure is set back from the edge of the tabletop, reducing interference with legroom and allowing users greater freedom of movement. The table is also equipped with top access for cable routing.
Around the table, N.08 Mema low-back chairs are positioned to create an orderly and coordinated configuration for an executive meeting room. The Mema range features a steel shell, non-deformable padding and configurations designed for executive environments.
The layout must be planned by considering not only the number of seats, but also the space required behind each chair and along the access routes.

Check the actual width and depth of the room, chair footprint, pull-back space, distance from walls, position of doors, monitors and other furniture, and the continuity of circulation routes.
The solution makes it possible to size the meeting room according to the actual number of users and the movement space required, preventing a large table from compromising comfort and accessibility.
